I'm not sure whether we actually need the plus sign. The current icon
theme doesn't make use of it and I think it only makes the icon look too
'complicated'. Additionally, the symbol within the document should be a
bit more simple, since e.g. the table or database icon are a bit hard to
recognize.
Hope this wasn't too harsh, keep up the work :)

that's a bug in the MediaWiki's SVG parser. Just open it with your
