Great work, Robert! Per your shirt mockup at
https://img.bi/#/GUbREU6!NHvcjwT8rQZwJ2yFXgpE7klgDpnjowX_JX8grnQx
it's clear none of the other logos work enough at a glance. The one with
the bottom missing fails when seen too quickly or too small.

I'm convinced that the newest logo concept is it, I'm just not sure
about the hard-edged vs more organic version. After some testing with my
own impressions, I'm slightly in favor of the more organic newest one.
The emotional feel of it is better, the consistency with the rest of the
design and the Mimi and Eunice feel is better. It's almost just like
what the hard-edged logo *would be* if it was drawn freehand in an
organic way without trying for hard lines…

I'd accept either one and am happy to move forward with this logo
overall. I'm curious, however, if we could just see for comparison a
version of the organic one where the inner S has inverse curve to its
ends… in other words, where the line of the slight curve of the outer
swoop shapes *continues* slightly. Thus, the shape of the inner S would
be different, but the sense of linear continuity would be stronger.

I'm not sure that will be better, I'm just curious to see it. I tried
making one myself, but it looked sloppy.

Other than that detail (which may or may not work well, I'm unsure), I
think we're there with the logo!

Re: sticker and shirts, we *do* need to design them soon, but they
aren't *urgent*. If we get the homepage up with the new logo, that will
be an exciting thing we can announce to people waiting for shirts and
stickers, and they will be able to then be excited but wait a little
longer. Or we could do the shirts and stickers sooner… there are a
couple hundred folks waiting for stickers though, and a handful (not too
many) waiting on shirts.

Excited about this progress,
Aaron
