That is all great feedback, thank you. In the meantime I worked out a way to address the concerns of hard edges and the resulting non-organic touch. It is only a small twist on the logo but also works on its type. Here is where I am currently: https://i.imgur.com/mbOgWRT.png Eventually I could create a new fork of the "League Spartan" font for use on the Homepage, but - if at all - it has to be done another time.
I'm terribly sorry that I wasn't around so much lately. Two girls can be quite time consuming... I spent some time to make a cleaner version of the logo but want to check again with more time before we print it anywhere. Are there any specific stickers/shirts we need to design? Otherwise I'd go directly to creating more mockups with the new logo. Is that ok?
