Hi Bryan,

So the only difference between Big-D and user-defined collection dashboards is that the Big-D Dashboard is an out of the box collection that can't be renamed and can't be deleted and has a fixed query defined by Chandler.

Other than that, the Big-D view and the user-defined collection dashboard views are the same
+ same columns
+ same widgets
+ same rules about what displays in what columns
+ same defaults

So I would say there are 2 views: Dashboards and Search results (which haven't been spec'd out)

With a lot of help from Mimi, I finally have a first draft of the Dashboard spec ready for review.
Sheila,

- There seem to be four different kinds of table-based views now (the Big-D Dashboard view, other out-of-the-box collections, user- defined collections, and search results). Can you add specifics about how these views differ in appearance and functionality (if they do)?

- Do ticklers completely replace the calendarevent alarm field in the detail view UI, or do alarms exist in parallel with ticklers?

Ticklers replace alarms.

- When will the detail view mock-ups be ready?

We can draw rough mock-ups in the meeting tomorrow. :o)
