1b. Importing contacts from CSV and or TXT files
+ with OR without header row
+ with confirm dialog to ensure fields match up

Is this to facilitate greater interoperability with contacts managers that don't support vCard, but will export to a csv, txt file? (What clients don't support vCard?)

Or is this to accommodate users who manage their contacts in a spreadsheet or text file?

Or BOTH?

IMPT- important message
INFO - general information
JOKE- self-explanatory
QRY- an unsolicited query/question
REPL- reply to your message
URGT- urgent message requiring immediate attention

What are the drawbacks of just adding labels to the Subject line with text? Do you do this today? In what situations?
