If there is no difference, then we need to file more bugs because we
currently have different behavior. Focus does NOT move to sidebar when
you have focus in the in-place editor in calendar. In all other cases
focus does move.

I don't think 2. counts, since the focus must already be in the sidebar
before you can do that. Of course the focus should remain there, though.

That did not answer if the focus should stay on that sidebar entry or what.

If you can move between sidebar entries with arrow keys then you have
focus in the sidebar, in the entry that is highlighted. The question
here is, if you then click another sidebar entry should the focus shirt
to that entry, or to the calendar, or somewhere else. My expectation is
that it stays in the sidebar, on the active entry.

I actually did some experimentation and menus are different. You do get
the focus into the menu, but when you select a menu entry the focus goes
back to where it was. That seems fine.
