Thanks to all for considering this proposal. In the 4 working days since the proposal, 8 people have replied with positive statements with no negatives. No concerns have been raised about the whole idea of using a "temporary brand" and the name itself seems a hit. The branding committee perhaps has the final say, but multiple members of that committee have approved the idea. So the proposal has passed. Going forward, we'll be using "osaf.us" as both a domain name and as a shorthand for the "OSAF Hosted Service project". I will file the appropriate enhancement requests in bugzilla to change to the use of osaf.us in Chandler.
