It wasn't obvious to me that this was suppose to be a tab that slides out. Maybe we should consider implementing a tab that slides. However, even with a sliding tab, I suspect most people won't connect the current mouse-over image with the notion that you should click on it, or that clicking on it does anything in particular (not that any icon so small could convey what clicking on it will do)

Also, I checked in a change that moves the left sidebar icon over one pixel to the left. This might require a one pixel adjustment to the right of the image in the bitmap, which we'll do as necessary.
