I will think about this more. I've seen spreadsheet apps use grey
hint text to show that you can create a new item by just clicking on
a blank row.
2. What does the Cancel button do on the detail form?
It cancels the edits/changes you've made and reverts the Detail View
back to the way it looked when you initially clicked on the item in
the Summary pane.
