What are the requirements and decisions that need to be made in order
to move forward on implementation of the chandlerproject.org websites?

Sites are:
1) chandlerproject.org - integrated landing page site
2) www.osafoundation.org - the Foundation website
3) wiki.chandlerproject.org - the new wiki organization
4) blog.chandlerproject.org - the group blog
5) hub.chandlerproject.org - hosted service

There are some assumptions about the underlying technology
infrastructure that we should review.

  * I believe we are set on using the existing platforms for 3 & 4
(wiki and blog).
  * But what to use for 1 & 2 are undermined at this point (php/html,
static/dynamic, etc.).
  * 5 (hosted service) will of course be Cosmo.

Objective:

To be able to add a Preview Countdown punchlist milestones for
technology implementation for the websites.

Questions
1) Are we blocked on the site hierarchy to make this decision?
2) If so, what would be the minimal work we could do so we could make
a decision on site technologies?
3) Could it wait until the logo work is finished or should we try and
get this done next week?
