[Design] [cosmo] 0.7 Plannning: Default to dashboard view

When the user signs into their account or clicks on a bookmarkable  
URL, the default view should be the dashboard because it displays not  
only calendar information, but task items as well.

I had forgot to file a bug earlier for this and would like to make  
sure we sWaG this. ;)
