I wonder if an iCal or Sunbird user might not want to collaborate with others via the Cosmo or Hub end-user PIM UI? Or use the end- user PIM UI for remote access to their PIM data?

Do we want to have the Publish instructions available from within the Logged-in UI? Do we want to always introduce users to the web app UI? and then from there they can choose between Subscribe with: and Publish to:?

people who want to publish to the server from other applications
probably don't care so much about the calendar or dashboard, except
perhaps in order to verify their published data. all users, though,
need to be able to access their settings and help content (which is
where i mentally categorize publish instructions).
