almost any server url can have a ticket in it, whether or not that url
addresses a collection's "ticket view", so i don't think the phrase
"ticket url" is very useful. +1 for coming up with a more general
term.

it's the url you can use to interact with a collection in the web ui
without having an account set up. you can't use it for anything else,
like subscribing to the collection from an external application.
