Hi Priss,
Thx for compiling this list...Do we want to separate out the issues
in terms of what we want to get out of the meeting?
For example
1. Is this possible for Preview?
2. FYI: Update on PPD status
3. Collecting input
I think most of the stuff you have here falls under category #1.
Fonts styleguide and a few others I would put under #2? And the
mockup size issue as #3?
Not sure if that aligns with what you were thinking.

Please take a look at the latest revision of the dashboard on the
web UI:
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/Projects/
CosmoZeroDotSevenSpec#CurrentMockUp
*Open issues suggested for discussion:*
(there are some additions which we'll also document at the bottom
of the 'User Interface/Interaction' section of the spec.)
+ buttons experiments styles for:
+ State buttons: View selector and Mark-up bar
+ Action buttons: Email this, Remove, Save, Cancel, etc
+ keyboard support
+ tabbing though the UI
+ three pane focus—to give a slight grey on the bkg pane the
user is not focused on.
+ quick item entry with/without a button (note: google does a
'+' button, should we test w/out one?)
+ 'go to date' with/without a button (same as quick item entry.)
+ go to date
+ will it automatically change the user back to calendar view?
+ currently on the desktop: d-clicking in the mini-cal also
takes you to the calendar app area
+ quick item entry
+ add a new note if they're in the dashboard on the first line
+ form elements (including drop down lists)
+ border/no border
+ down arrow vs. double arrows?
+ 1 pixel flat outline vs. indented form fields. (currently they
are all indented form fields)
+ detail view
+ editable byline
+ are we ok w/ the display of alarms
+ Upper case/lower case text label.
+ dashboard
+ smart ellipses vs. dumb ellipses
+ candy stripe vs.
+ read vs. unread on the dashboard (bold/unbold or icon?)
+ pagination/forward and back buttons
+ how many items do we display on the dashbaord?
+ do we need to have this consistent w/ the Admin UI?
+ style guide will provide the following
+ Font colors, sizes, styles
+ Button styles
+ Selection highlight
+ Glyphs
+ resolve mock-up size: 800x600 versus 1024x768
+ does the team have a preference? Is it ok to see various sizes
of the web UI?
Are we missing anything which the server team working on the web UI
will need?
Just a reminder on process, we'd like to have a more regular UI
review of his work once the code is checked into qacosmo. This will
be during the release meeting time and anyone is welcome to sit in
on this to review the correct UI behavior.
Thanks, -Priscilla
