So Morgen brought it to my attention that we haven't implemented
anything related to the "lock" icon in EIM based sharing. Basically
clicking the lock button in the detail view excludes it from a
collection if you share. Then we need to handle the use cases where
someone shares a collection, then locks or unlocks a particular item.
Since we don't really think people are using this feature AND in an
effort to simplify anything sharing related for Preview, Morgen, Mimi
and I are proposing that we remove this from Preview all together.
This basically means getting rid of the button in the detail view.
If anyone feels strongly that we should keep this, please reply to
the list, otherwise we will log a task in bugzilla to have it removed.
