that's correct. for each child of the deleted collection, we remove
the association with the deleted collection. some of those items are
still in other collections and are not processed further. the rest of
the items, those which are no longer members of any collections, are
then deleted.

note that in the case of deleting a collection there is no tombstone.
if user a unpublishes a shared collection, the next time user b tries
to sync the collection, he'll see that the collection does not exist
in the server. there's no information available about when the
collection was deleted.
