Then what is your ideal proposal?

i vote no. for one thing, it implies that other collections are "not
chandler", whatever that might mean.
I don't read it that way, that other collections are not Chandler.
We're just talking about the OOTB collection. I personally feel that
the OOTB anything is part of branding, similar to the welcome note.
Remember, in the end collections can be renamed—so let's not sweat
over this. ;)
