That is actually different from what Jeffrey was suggesting, afaik. We
used to start with Calendar, but it was decided we want to start with
the dashboard view to show that feature.

AFAIK what Jeffrey was saying is that we should start by having one of
the three collections selected, not the dashboard. Now, the user only
needs to click the calendar button in the toolbar, and they'll see the
calendar.

As it is now, they would click calendar button and wonder why nothing
seemed to happen (because the dashboard won't show as calendar).
