+1.
Coincidentally I also filed a bug this morning that the dialog was
suboptimal for quitting without making any changes.

The "Reload options dialog" has the following text and controls:

<radio button> Would you like to remove all data and start with a
fresh repository?
<radio button> Click on the link below to learn how to migrate your
data and quit Chandler.
<link> Migration Directions
<button> Ok
------------------------- end existing dialog

To me this dialog is confusing. I expect radio button choices to
be answers to a question, not questions themselves (as the first
option is). I just don't like the phrasing of the second option.
It seems that the most important point here is that you can quit
without loosing data and I don't think that is very clearly
stated. I also don't like the idea that the user is expected to
click 3 different things to proceed, (1)click the second option,
(2) click the migration instructions link, (3) click Ok.
I would suggest something like this:
------------------------- start proposed dialog
----------------------------------------------------------------------

"Your data repository was created by an incompatible version of
Chandler.
How would you like to proceed?"
<radio button> Remove all data and start with a empty repository?
<radio button> Quit without changing the repository data.
<radio button> Quit without changing the repository data and
display instructions on how to migrate your data to the new
Chandler version.
<button> Ok
------------------------- end proposed dialog
----------------------------------------------------------------------
