What if we just made it a 2 button dialog? (Also trying to avoid jargon like repository and migrate.)

This has been bugging me, too. Thanks for bringing it up.

"Your data repository was created by an incompatible version of Chandler.
How would you like to proceed?"

<radio button> Remove all data and start with a empty repository?
<radio button> Quit without changing the repository data.
<radio button> Quit without changing the repository data and display
instructions on how to migrate your data to the new Chandler version.

<button> Ok

I like it, but I'd change the first radio button's question mark to a
period.

Sincerely,
Jeffrey
