More about language: As an example of how language effects a project, I pull this quote from the chandler hub about box:
"Chandler Hub is a free web-based service providing personal information manager (PIM) features such as web-based dashboards for tasks and events. You can share these collections with other people and applications, or just use Chandler Hub to backup the data in your desktop PIM applications." The product features "web-based dashboards for tasks and events" No one will know what this means because no one knows what a dashboard means. Until the next paragraph where a dashboard is defined (kinda) as a collection. Another word without much grounding. So how about saying "chandler is a web based pim that features the ability to share different collections of tasks and events with different people, including coworkers, family members, and employees." I am not suggesting this precise language but just to give you the flavor of what I am talking about.
