In situations where one dimension of a remote system's display can fit
within the local system's display but the other can't, the vnc viewer
application draws an unneccessary scrollbar on the dimension that could
be fit.
For example, viewing a 2560x1024 display on a 1920x1200 display would
allow the 1024 (vertical) dimension to be displayed without need for
scroll bar. However, rather than placing the horizontal scroll bar on
the outside of the 1024 space, it's placed within it and thus a vertical
scroll bar is added.
