Thanks for your report. I'm almost sure from what I've witnessed that
you just need to be a bit more patient. It takes a small while to index
all the browser history, etc etc in the beginning and is 'blocked'
during that time. Can you try to wait a bit and see if that helps? If
that's the problem, I can't think of a more obvious way than 'greying it
out' until it's all set up and happy.
