After opening the file manager, I then maximized the file manager
window... After doing this, I clicked on the split button to have to
windows... After this I wanted to me the middle bar type strip to the
left a bit further than it was... When doing so, the window that has
the blue border around it to show the active window begun to flicker...
I then went to move it back and it again begun to flicker... As I wanted
to see what would happen, I went back and forth a few times... When
doing so the two windows flickered and became very sluggish...
