When I change color in apps like Gimp/Inkscape, color wheel doesn't use
antialiasing.

I remember Gnome 2.12 has solved this nicely in 2005 - look at the
http://www.gnome.org/~davyd/gnome-2-12/ and scroll to the GTK+ 2.8
section.
