I am using a fresh Jaunty install. I also tried "apt-get --purge remove ekiga" followed by "apt-get install ekiga", but it did not help. I am using a USB headset, too, but it doesn't work, with or without. I have tried to run with and without pulse-audio, as I suspected this to be the problem, but no success.
