During installer testing of the lpia alternate CD, GNOME fails to start.
This is likely because there is very little free space at the end of
installation, very little free space is available. The Use Entire Disk
option on the jax10 uses one of the two SSDs (which are 2GiB in size),
and creates a 1.8GiB partition. The default install eats 1.7GiB. This
issue disappears if LVM is used to bridge the two SSDs into a single
root partition, and then Ubuntu is installed onto that.
As this configuration is less that the bare bones mini. requirements,
the installer should at least prompt in such a case and provide warning
that manual partitioning or something may be necessary.
