Binary package hint: ekiga
There is no video displaying in Ekiga window and the LED of the webcam is
continiously lightning and on opening the application the following information
is appearing:
"Ekiga is already running, if you want it to call a given SIP, H.323, or
callto address, please use "ekiga -c address" "
In UBUNTU8.04 the application was working properly, when I updated the
UBUNTU to 8.10 the problem appears.
