Since I can't add to my previous comment (forum bug # 80895), here's how I fix clocks on Debian derivatives: in Terminal "sudo gedit /etc/default/rcS" set UTC=no & quit gedit "sudo rm /etc/adjtime" to delete "bad" adjtime file "hwclock --systohc --localtime" to create an improved adjtime file And now they will stay roughly synchronized among reboots. No more clock schizophrenia :-)
