Public bug reported:
If I use system-->management-->date&time
and want to synchronise the time then the software correctly detect that
ntp packages first need to be installed. After install of the ntp
packages the tool doesn't see immediately that the right packages are
already installed. It's only after restart of the application that a
list of time servers can be selected. After selection of a time server
you don't have the option to synchronise. I needed to manually adapt the
time setting
