Public bug reported:
The file /etc/dbus-1/system.d/system-tools-backends.conf
distributed with Edgy Eft beta contains a reference to the admin group using
the wrong name:
<policy group="admin">
should be
<policy group="adm">
This effectively denies access to the system tool.
