Hi again, just by accident found on some foreign ubuntu forum solution that might be checked out; i have to leave right now so cannot play with it - but if someone wants, feel free to try. They say it's acpi issue and it has to be switched on in GRUB GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi=on"
