Public bug reported:

For bug reporting in settings "security" supposed to be there but it is
not found. I have reinstalled gnome control-center there is no change.
In fact after brousing net some one suggested to remove and reinstall
the package. I have removed the package but could not install. Finally I
have reinstalled Ubuntu OS, but the problem remained same.
