Notably -- there seems to be a known issue with DisplayPort connectivity
1.3 and 1.4 and NVIDIA GPUs recently.
I am seeing a firmware update issued by NVIDIA on June 26 2023 for SOME NVIDIA
chipsets:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-uefi-update-x64/
The GTX 1650 chipset does not appear to be impacted.
