Public bug reported: Description: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS Release: 22.04
Entire system laggy after recent dist upgrade to 22.04.3. Lenovo X1 carbon laptop. Laggyness is noticeable in keyboard. It sometimes can't keep up with typing. Alt-tab between apps can take a second. Running top and monitoring for a while does not show anything significant. Ran geekbench and the system seems to be running at about 30% power single core and multi core. https://browser.geekbench.com/v6/cpu/2354254 I re-booted to an older kernel (5.19.0-50-generic) from the updated one (6.2.0-26-generic) but its the same.
