Those messages are bug 1857392, but it's a harmless symptom of other more important issues. Generally it means ubuntu-dock (or dash-to-dock) has restarted. This happens every time the screen is unlocked, but if it happens more regularly then it can mean the system is receiving monitor hotplugging events. This can happen with a badly connected monitor or low quality display cable. I would not call yours a flooded log though, since the issue is minutes apart it's more likely just the lock screen triggering bug 1857392. So not related to this bug.
