It looks like that Dell monitor may be to blame, or its cable. Because the Xorg server seems to be saying it's getting a logical reconnection every second or so.
Also since the bug may be display protocol related and I can't see a good reason for this configuration to be on Xorg, please try selecting the Wayland session at the login screen.
