I have updated a mini pc (dual boot w/ win11) to the most recent Ubuntu
25.10 I plug in a Seagate 15 TB Drive and i can't click on it to open
the drive. ChatGPT provided me with a terminal command to open the drive
and dismount the drive but that is not optimal. I'm a Navy Veteran and
brain injury survivor who also hates Microsoft lately. On my HP pc
running Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS I have no issues with external drives.
Your attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.
