Public bug reported:

Actual result:
Any element that tries to format and display a specific time in HH:MM format
inside the calendar tray widgets (World Clocks, Calendar events "from-to"
times, and hourly Weather forecasts) fails to render. Instead of the formatted
time, the single digit "1" is displayed.

Notes:
This is not a text translation issue, but a time-formatting/locale-parsing bug
specific to the German (de_DE / de_CH) time format strings in GNOME Shell on
Ubuntu 26.04. Switching to en_US resolves the issue, as it uses the standard
colon separator without crashing the locale formatter.
