UPDATE / CRITICAL DISCOVERY:
I found that this bug only occurs when the system clock is set to 24-hour mode.
If I switch the GNOME clock settings to AM/PM mode, the time renders perfectly 
fine in German (displaying the time along with "Nachmittags" / "Vormittags").

This confirms that the issue is a syntax error specifically within the
German translation string for the 24h time format (likely a
misconfigured strftime string like %H:%M returning a boolean true / 1
instead of the formatted string) in Ubuntu 26.04.
