Public bug reported:
External monitor freezes and displays the last working frame until I
reset the display configuration in anyway or unplug/replug my external
hub back into my laptop. Happens more often when playing youtube videos
in Firefox it seems. Usually the non-primary monitor will freeze (of the
2 external monitors).
