"CTM" sounds related to color profiles or night light. Try logging into a virtual terminal (Ctrl+Alt+F4) and disabling night light:
gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.color night-light- enabled false then Ctrl+Alt+F1 to return to the login screen (usually). If that doesn't fix it then also try deleting the monitor configuration: rm ~/.config/monitors.xml and log in again.
