Don't know if you meant that, but let me throw out a little clarification anyway: A big reason for the change in the module-proposal-method this cycle was in order to separate the deadline by which modules must be proposed and the deadline by which the officially accepted modules were to be chosen. I think we were plain crazy to have both be the same date in previous cycles, as it often led to getting decisions much, much later than we wanted. So, we've still got a few more months before the decision of new modules (just a few more months of bickering...).
