I think they are not duplicate.

One of them should include the 64-bit binaries, missed by the SUNW packages.

PS: I did remove the l10n-confgure.sh from the SFEogg-vorbis and have to look
intot he SVN if my patches went into that. If you check how old your svn 
revision is, should be the newest.
