I guess if a Motif look and feel was felt necesary, wouldn't mwm (Motif Window Manager) be suitable? I presume that even if CDE goes that the Motif libs will be around for a few years for 3rd party app binary compatability. mwm would only be a few megs of disc space if the libs were already there. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/mrfromage/mwm.jpg It would be graphically familiar to anyone used to CDE too.
