If you're talking about the original common CDE sources, that
could likely be done by TOG or any of the other original CDE
authors. If you're talking about Sun's enhancements, that
would have to be done on sources behind Sun's firewalls by
people under NDA's and other legal agreements - normally that
means employees - I guess it would be up to the lawyers and
managers to determine if there was any way a non-Sun employee
could be involved in that work.
