You can go to
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/nightly/latest-trunk/linux-xpi/
Download the gdata-provider.xpi.

I think it's platform independent.
You can install it in Thunderbird->Tools->Add-ons->Install...
