So you could continue to use OpenIndiana, upgrading from OpenSolaris if wanting opensource Solaris for unrestricted use.
Solaris11 Express have closed source OS/Net and Oracle ZFS that is incompatible with any other open ZFS implementation , so should not be installed first on disk. (but could exist in separate BE if upgraded from OpenSolaris snv_134b,same as OpenIndiana).
