This is in Ubuntu 10.10. I have not confirmed that it exists in earlier versions of Ubuntu, but I do suspect that to be the case. Brasero won't recognize a blank BD-R. I can, however, burn ISO images to blank BD-R media from the command line, so I know that the underlying utilities support it.
