Well I use Firefox 11 on Ubuntu 11.10 and Chrome on ubuntu 11.10 and there are icons.
It's true that on 12.04 they are missing. And great there is an options to turn them back on - could have saved a few tons of carbon with that info - so it is not really invalid at all - its an option - thanks for the information -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/974915 Title: Nautilus Context menu missing icons Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu: Opinion Bug description: Context Menu for Nautilus does not display icons for most context actions Linux ubuntu-mac 3.2.0-22-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP Tue Apr 3 18:33:15 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Description: Ubuntu precise (development branch) Release: 12.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/974915/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
